MIR Faculty Honored by Academy of Educators

Constantine A. Raptis, MD, associate professor of radiology, was inducted into the Academy of Educators at Washington University School of Medicine. The academy is an institutional collaboration of educators who together will foster a culture of educational excellence and an institutionally valued community of leaders in health science education.

Assistant Professor Anup S. Shetty, MD, who was inducted in 2019, received the Rising Star Award. The award recognizes an educator’s exceptional promise through their educational service, leadership or scholarly contributions. Shetty serves as program director of the abdominal imaging fellowship at Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology (MIR) at the School of Medicine and is an alumnus of MIR’s fellowship and residency programs.
