Interventional RadiologyJennifer E. Gould, MD, is a professor of radiology at Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology (MIR) at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. In 2006, she was named director of the diagnostic radiology residency program. An alumnus of MIR’s residency and interventional radiology fellowship programs, Gould’s clinical areas of interest include uterine fibroid embolization, interventional oncology, gastrostomy and embolization.
In addition to helming one of the most nationally and internationally respected radiology residency programs, Gould is a member of the Academy of Educators at Washington University and an active participant in national organizations, holding multiple committee appointments with the ACGME, serving as a member of RSNA’s Image Wisely Executive Committee of RSNA, chairing the Long Range Planning Committee of the Association of Program Directors in Radiology, and chairing the VIR Core Exam Committee of the American Board of Radiology. Gould earned her medical degree from Washington University and her bachelor’s degree from Cornell University in New York.
