Computational Imaging Research Center
Created as an innovative imaging technology initiative between the Schools of Engineering and Medicine, the Computational Imaging Research Center (CIRC) has evolved over more than three decades to encompass a broad computational, informatics and artificial intelligence R&D program. Today, we collaborate with researchers on campus and around the globe to study and treat Alzheimer’s disease, schizophrenia, cancer, stroke and a host of other areas of biomedical research.

Our People
CIRC faculty and staff have ongoing research efforts in advanced image reconstruction, artificial intelligence, quantitative image analysis, research data management, and clinical informatics.
Group Resources
All software developed by the CIRC is released open source, and we support an open-source development community through our github code management facility.
