Woodard Named AAAS Fellow

Pamela K. Woodard, MD, the Hugh Monroe Wilson Professor of Radiology for Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology (MIR) at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, has been elected to the newest class of American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) fellows, the world’s largest general scientific society and publisher of the Science family of journals. Fellowship to the AAAS is one of the most prestigious honors within the scientific community. 

Woodard is being honored for her distinguished contributions to the field of cardiovascular research, particularly for translating new preclinical imaging platforms to patients.
