Song Lab
The Song Lab applies diffusion MRI to resolve microstructural complexity in biological tissues. The goal is to develop diffusion MRI biomarkers for diagnosis and prognosis of CNS disease/injury, and various cancers.

The lab, led by Sheng-Kwei (Victor) Song, PhD, includes researchers with expertise in the development of diffusion tensor imaging.
Projects
A primary goal of the Song Lab is the development of diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) biomarker of white matter injury validated using mouse models of central nervous system (CNS) disorders.
