Yablonskiy Lab

The Yablonskiy Lab is focused on developing new quantitative MRI-based methods for in vivo studying of brain microstructure and functioning in humans and animals in health and disease. Our focus is applying techniques developed in the lab – including AI-Powered MRI-based Simultaneous Multi-Angular Relaxometry of Tissue, GEPCI and qGRE – to link brain genetic and cellular microstructure with brain functioning in healthy people and patients with Alzheimer’s disease, multiple sclerosis and other CNS diseases.

Our People

The lab, led by Dmitriy Yablonskiy, PhD, includes researchers with expertise in quantitative MRI-based methods for in vivo studying of humans and animals.

Projects

Projects include using AI-Powered qGRE, GEPCI and SMART MRI techniques to provide safe and non-invasive in vivo biomarkers for monitoring progression of different diseases.
