Lee Named 2025 American College of Radiology Fellow

Michelle V. Lee, MD, professor of radiology in the breast imaging section at WashU Medicine Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology (MIR), was elected into the American College of Radiology (ACR) fellowship cohort, one of the organization’s highest honors. Fellowship is a prestigious membership that is awarded to ACR members who have demonstrated service, made significant strides in scientific or clinical research, contributed to literature and provided outstanding work as a radiology educator. Members are elected and conferred by the organization’s Board of Chancellors.
Lee serves as the director of breast imaging at Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital and the assistant program director of the diagnostic radiology program. She holds many honors, including being named a Society of Breast Imaging fellow and receiving the Medical College of Georgia Women Who Inspire Award and the MIR Distinguished Teacher Award.
Lee was officially inducted into the fellowship class in a formal convocation ceremony during the ACR Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C.
