Raji Brain Health Imaging Lab

The Raji Brain Health Imaging Lab focuses on combining structural, physiological, and molecular neuroimaging to better understand the influence of lifestyle factors and related diseases on the brain. Doing so allows for optimization of cognitive reserve for prevention of cognitive decline from neurodegenerative disorders such as Alzheimer’s disease.

Our People

The lab, led by Cyrus Raji, MD, PhD, is home to a talented group of researchers investigating the role of advanced neuroimaging and quantitatively tracking related brain changes.

Projects

Raji’s lab studies how factors like obesity and neighborhood disadvantage can modify or increase the risk for Alzheimer’s disease.
