Enes Cevik, MD

Integrated Interventional Radiology Resident

Graduation Year:
2029

My hometown: Edirne, Turkey
My teachable medical school moment: Treat your patients like family. Trusting your gut, especially when it's backed by knowledge, can be incredibly powerful.
Why I chose MIR: The outstanding teaching environment, the opportunity to work alongside world-renowned radiologists and a great alumni network made MIR the ideal place for me.
My personal interests: Cooking Turkish food, hiking, watching old Top Gear episodes, going for a walk at Forest Park with Ava (our cute French bulldog) and swing dancing.
My favorite go-to meal: A tough choice between doner and pizza
I’m excited about living in St. Louis because: Old brick houses, diverse neighborhoods, great food scene, Forest Park and art museum
Something most people don’t know about me: I used to dance swing at a semi-professional level, and our team even placed second in a national dance competition
Anything else you should know about me: I’m a passionate car enthusiast and a huge FC Barcelona fan
