Graduation Year:

Hometown: St. Louis, MO

I chose MIR because: World leaders in radiology and radiologic education combined with the ideal location to raise my family. The teachers are spectacular and approachable.

My favorite radiology sign: Drooping lily sign

What attracted me to radiology: An interest in orthopedic anatomy and pathology combined with a desire to see my wife and children.

My personal interests: Family time with my wife and kids, riding my Peloton.

My favorite website: The Ringer because I'm a sports and pop culture nerd.

I'm excited about living in St. Louis because: The Saint Louis Zoo and the many other fun, free family-friendly activities.

Jobs I’ve held outside of medicine: Professional basketball player, restaurant host, file clerk

My favorite quote: "Failure to prepare is preparing to fail." - John Wooden.

My second favorite quote: "Don't sweat the petty things and don't pet the sweaty things." - George Carlin

Something most people don’t know about me: I'm fluent in Spanish

Anything else you should know about me: If you have a Peloton, my user name is ThatTallGuy. Come ride with me!
