Previously working in private practice, he served as a director of ultrasound and cardiac MRI and director of a monthly MRI-arthroscopy correlation conference.
Northrup completed his diagnostic radiology residency and fellowship in musculoskeletal radiology at MIR. He earned his medical degree from Dartmouth Medical School.
