Braga, Landes Join MIR Faculty

Two new faculty members have joined Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology (MIR) at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis.

Daniel Braga, MD, was appointed assistant professor in the interventional radiology section. He recently completed a vascular and interventional radiology fellowship at MIR after training at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami for his diagnostic radiology residency with an early specialization in interventional radiology. While at Mount Sinai, he was the resident director of IR research.

Braga earned his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada.


Andrew Landes, MD, joins the physician practice and will provide part-time radiology services for the pediatric imaging section. He completed a pediatric radiology fellowship with the Hospital for Sick Children, University of Toronto. He is also an alumnus, having completed his diagnostic radiology residency at MIR.

Landes earned his medical degree from WashU Medicine.
