Ances Discusses Alzheimer’s Impact, Research in PBS Documentary

Beau M. Ances, MD, PhD, the Daniel J. Brennan, MD, Professor of Neurology and a professor of radiology, was featured in PBS’s documentary “Alzheimer’s: Every Minute Counts.” The documentary examines the devastating impact of Alzheimer’s disease, the sixth-leading cause of death for all adults in the United States.

Additionally, Ances joined other local Alzheimer’s researchers and community leaders in Nine PBS’s segment “Stay Tuned” where he discussed how Washington University School of Medicine is leading international studies and the importance of research funding.
