Markus G. Zei, MD, is a physician in the community practice at WashU Medicine Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology (MIR). He previously worked in private practice before joining MIR in 2025.

Zei is an alum, having completed his diagnostic radiology residency and a neuroradiology fellowship at MIR. He earned his medical degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine and his bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
