Computational Imaging Research CenterSeonyeong Park, PhD, is an assistant professor of radiology for WashU Medicine Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology (MIR). A member of the Computational Imaging Research Center and the Center for Computational and AI-Enabled Imaging Sciences, her research focuses on biomedical imaging, with interests in developing innovative imaging technologies that advance biomedical research and improve healthcare applications.
Park earned her doctorate in electrical and computer engineering from Virginia Commonwealth University and a master's degree in information and communications engineering from Pukyong National University.

Virtual imaging studies, computational modeling of biological tissues, AI-enabled image reconstruction, optimization of imaging systems, task-based image quality assessment
