My teachable medical school moment: I went to med school at WashU in St. Louis, one of the most memorable experiences was going on a tour of the city and learning about St. Louis history at the beginning of the first year. 
I chose MIR because: the world class teaching faculty and the diverse and high-volume clinical experience
My personal interests (hobbies, sports, hidden talents, etc.): Staying active / playing different sports and exploring the different parks in St. Louis with my daughters
My favorite go-to meal: Thai green curry
I’m excited about living in St. Louis because: Great cost of living and it is a diverse city with tons of cool parks and restaurants
Something most people don’t know about me: I spent my summers in high school building barbed-wire fences on a ranch in New Mexico
