Daniel Kushner, MD

Daniel Kushner, MD, is an assistant professor of radiology for WashU Medicine Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology (MIR) in the interventional radiology section. His work has addressed a wide range of topics, including oncologic interventions, vascular trauma and innovative approaches to patient care and his strong commitment to academic medicine is evident through his numerous publications and national presentations in interventional radiology, nuclear medicine and patient safety.

Kushner completed a diagnostic radiology residency at Temple University Hospital before pursuing fellowship training in interventional radiology at MIR. He earned his medical degree from Florida Atlantic University Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine.
