Cornelius von Morze, PhD, is an assistant professor of radiology and a principal investigator in the Biomedical MR Center. The von Morze Lab specializes in developing and applying hyperpolarized (HP) C-13 MRI techniques to enhance noninvasive diagnostics and monitoring of metabolically-driven diseases. He joined MIR in 2019 to spearhead a new research program in HP MRI, overseeing the installation of the GE SPINlab hyperpolarizer.
