Ashley Terry, MD

Diagnostic Radiology Resident

Graduation Year:
2028

My hometown: Atlanta, GA; Vermilion, OH; Philadelphia, PA
My teachable medical school moment: Seeing the critical role imaging played in determining course of treatment for trauma patients, including whether or not to proceed with surgery.
I chose MIR because: It seemed like a really collegial atmosphere with a strong emphasis on teaching and learning, and St. Louis seemed like a good place to be!
My personal interests (hobbies, sports, hidden talents, etc.): Hiking, cooking/baking, knitting, embroidery, scrapbooking, visiting as many national parks as possible!
My favorite go-to meal: Vegetarian burrito bowl.
I’m excited about living in St. Louis because: Everyone I meet has several recommendations of must-do activities so I know there's a lot to explore!
Something most people don’t know about me: I basically watch the same four movies on rotation.
Anything else you should know about me: I'm pretty sure I could craft almost anything given ample time (and a generous budget...).
