WMIC 2025: PET-RTRC Heads to Anchorage

The PET-RTRC team converged on Anchorage, Alaska, for this year’s  World Molecular Imaging Congress. With the theme of “An Aurora of Discovery: Expanding Molecular Horizons in Alaska,” the annual event unites global experts in the field of molecular imaging to showcase cutting-edge developments.

For the third year, PET-RTRC Director Robert Gropler, MD, was present to share with attendees about the center and its various research projects. The event’s focus this year was The Art of Collaboration, a concept built into the fabric of the PET-RTRC’s framework. Vijay Sharma, PhD, (TR&D 3 leader) and Albert Sinusas, MD, from Yale University (TR&D 3 collaborative project) were speakers, while Gropler served as moderator.
