The NIAC provides access to a number of automated and semi-automated post-processing methods via “pipelines” built into the CNDA. Pipelines are launched from the CNDA web site, execute on the NIAC’s compute cluster or on the supercomputer, and notify the user when they complete.
To date, over 5000 pipelines have been executed through the CNDA.
Available pipelines include:
- Structural preprocessing
- BOLD preprocessing & QC
- Functional connectivity MRI
- PIB PET
- qBOLD (in development)
- ASL (in development)
- DTI (in development)
Fast Fact about NIAC Data Processing:
Over 5000 pipelines have been executed in the CNDA, constituting 100,000 hours of computing time.
