Any radiological procedure used in the treatment of children: infants, toddlers, young children and maturing adolescents. At MIR those are performed by radiologists that are specially trained in pediatric radiology and hold accreditations from the America College of Radiology. Procedures are generally uniquely designed and/or sized specifically for children and performed on scanners that are specially sized.
