José Marcio Luna, PhD, is an instructor for Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology (MIR) at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. Luna’s research focuses on the development of translational tools for prediction and diagnosis of cancer from a multi-omics perspective in the era of precision medicine. Before joining MIR, Luna worked as research associate at the Center for Biomedical Image Computing & Analytics (CBICA) at the University of Pennsylvania. He earned a doctorate in engineering with a doctoral minor in applied mathematics, as well as a master's degree, from the University of New Mexico.
